Initially you might think because of Tilly the Tipsy Turnip's name, she indulges in no-no juice, but its actually quite the opposite. See, she got the nickname "tipsy" from her friends because she is someone who you can easily make laugh. So, because she is always laughing at her friends jokes, she starts to turn pink and get a little “tipsy” which makes her all the more fun to be around because her tipsy-ness can be contagious :D
